 IRONCASTLE
INDUSTRIAL CO., LTD. is a professional manufacturer
for EVA plastic foam and was founded on 5th of July
1975. The factory was originally situated at Ally
405, Cheng-Kuo Road, Pei-Tung City, Pei-Tung County,
Taiwan. In 1981 due to the expansion of the business
the factory was moved to the current location. When
the company was first established the main product
was the EVA plastic foam for the sandals, platforms
and the beach sandals, which were very fashionable
at the time. However with the booming in the shoe
industry in Taiwan and different demands from our
customers, we have constantly developing and creating
our products to have a diversified product collection
and now we have multi-layers EVA plastic foaming
material MODEL WEDGE and EVA plastic foaming material
for sports shoes, cork + EVA plastic foam material,
super soft EVA plastic foam material etc for classier
shoes. |
On the other hand,
to over come the transfer of shoe factories from
Taiwan to abroad, IRONCASTLE put in extra effort
into development and research. Now apart from
the above shoe materials, we also produce colorful
plastic mats, exercise/aerobics mats, EVA colorful
slices for the art class, DIY work, EVA plastic
foam material for hand-bags and purses and plastic
accessories for computers. We have now transformed
into a diversified plastic factory.

At
the moment IRONCASTLE has two production lines
and we could reach annual production of 4000 tons.
We also set up the CHENGXING factory in DALUNG
TOWN DONGGUAN. GUANGDONG, China in 1993. In that
factory we produce MODEL WEDGE, EVA plastic foam
for sports shoes and various beach sandals and
various EVA plastic foaming material. At the moment
we are enthusiastic in developing the small scale
of foaming and EVA injection areas. Now there
are 12 production lines and the annual production
could reach 14800 tons in CHENGXING factory. Therefore
our carry-on developing, creativity, and growth,
and the long lasting operation moral that we have,
will be the guarantee of our production and service
